Simple Exercises to Lose Weight at Home

Fitness is very important for humans. If you do not fit, you lose the humor of life, eat well and exercise a good exercise. Fat is a major problem in our lives this day. If you want to lose weight fast for that beach vacation or high school reunion? Although there are many things you can do to shed pounds, losing weight too quickly, like a sudden change in your body, can be dangerous.

While fad diets, diet pills, and fasting may indeed lead to rapid weight loss, these methods can cause you to lose muscle and may also affect your heart and other organs fairly quickly.
The best solution? Do not go for an overnight miracle. Instead, follow these simple steps to lose weight fast, healthy and sustainable.
1. Step Aerobics
This focuses on your legs, hips and buttocks, which are often the areas most women want to tone. Doing one hour per day, divided into 2 / 2 one-hour sessions, will allow you to see results within 2 weeks.Another very similar exercise is bench press, which very well go in sets of step aerobics. I found it really difficult to do them to begin with, so make sure you do them well or you will not see results!
2. Cycling
Depending on how fast you go, this can be a real calorie-burner. Riding outside is always fun, but if you're a little more time limits, invest in a good quality exercise bike. This is my favorite calorie-burner, because it is so easy to do. How about riding while watching TV? I think the bikes from Eastenders does distract me, but hard work.
3. Swimming
Do lengths up and down the pool for one hour will burn 800 calories, and almost all the tone of your body. Stay motivated by giving yourself half past twelve extra hours to use the hot tub when you're done.
4. Racquetball
The links to the right involved in this is a great cardio workout, and will also help tone your thighs and legs. I also believe that this is much more social, which I continue to work out more and stop me splitting my gym sessions.
5. Elliptic burner
This is brilliant cardio, and it also helps build strong muscles, and toning the stomach. Personally I find very boring elliptical burner, so my session is divided into ten minutes bursts and they do all day, and I think that listening to upbeat music which really helps.
6. Rowing
Rowing is a brilliant way to tone your arms, and also fun. Join the local rowing club and you get to try it for free or just use the rowing machine in the gym. Like building muscle, you will also burn calories and get an incredible workout.
7. Walking
The simplest exercise, brisk walking is a great cardio workout and will also help to tone legs, hips and abdomen. Sprinting, walking over hills or walking uphill will add to the amount of calories burned, and tend to run very easy to fit into everyday life. Just walk to the station so much fitter than me, and it really woke me up to go for a brisk walk in the morning.
8. Dance
These targets all over your body, and is an excellent work. I often put a music channel and dance around, as well as burning calories. I also think it's a great stress reliever! Make sure you keep active and try and keep going for at least one hour.
9. Horse Riding
This is more difficult to arrange, but horseback riding once a week is one of the best ways to stay fit, healthy and enjoying nature. The view from here is so great, you will not notice that you are toning your butt, abs and thighs, and the burning of calories while you are in! You would be surprised how inexpensive it can be to organize a session once a week, and if you feel you could even fit extra bike to the stables.
10. Play with the kids
Finding time every weekend to do something active with your children helps the family adjust. I'm also a fan of gardening and plant a vegetable garden, set together, the double bonus of keeping you active and teach the children about fresh, healthy food.
